How to Measure Your Wrist
Follow these simple steps to get an accurate measurement:

- Keep it skin-tightDo not add extra space. Our system will automatically calculate the comfort fit for you.
- Note the measurementRecord your exact wrist circumference in centimeters.

Alternative Measuring Methods
Don't have a tape measure? No problem! Here are two simple alternatives:
Method 1: String + Ruler
- Wrap a piece of string or paper around your wrist
- Mark where it overlaps with a pen
- Lay it flat and measure with a ruler
Method 2: Paper Strip
- Cut a thin strip of paper
- Wrap it around your wrist and mark the overlap
- Measure the length with a ruler
